8. Alessandra Explores a New Masterpiece At An Art Gallery In Venice

Alessandra Bellini walked along the corridor of the Galleria Veneziana d'Arte Contemporanea. It was late, and the majority of the day’s visitors had left. This was Alessandra’s favourite time to walk around and enjoy the art she curated. It was a moment of quiet reflection when she was undisturbed by the usual hustle and bustle of the public. If there was anyone here at this time, they were generally involved in some deep contemplating of their own or they were studying the art intently.

As she walked down the stone corridor, the heels of her shoes clicked rhythmically. They were immaculately clean and jet-black to match the rest of her outfit. A tight black skirt gripped her figure, accentuating the perfect curves of her ass. The only thing she had on that wasn’t black was the white shirt under her suit jacket.

In her youth, her hair had been pure black as well, but at forty-five, more than a few white strands were running through it, giving her a distinguished mature look. Unlike many of her compatriots, Alessandra was fairly pale, most likely due to so much time spent indoors examining art rather than examining guys on the beach. But she’d made her choices. Her passion had always been for fine art rather than muscled bodies. She would much rather spend her time, sipping wine and debating the merits of a fine painting than chugged beer and ogling muscle-bound morons.

As she came to the end of the Luci e Ombre exhibition, she took one more look around and marvelled at the Riflessioni Sull'Acqua. No matter how many times she saw those reflections, she would never tire of them but what she really wanted to see was the next exhibition, the new one which had only been opened this week. The Forma Maschile was a daring collection of works exploring the naked male body in all of its beauty and flaws.

" Nudo al Tramonto ", she read and looked at the full-sized image of a man in a classic pose, set against a backdrop of a Venetian sunset. The artist had captured the interplay of natural light and muscular contours. It was a striking piece and Alessandra felt something stir inside her. What would those muscles feel like? How would it feel to have those thick arms wrapped around her and to feel that body pushing against her?

Alessandra dismissed the idea with a smile as she moved on to look at the next picture. “ Danze Urbane ”, the urban dance indeed, she thought, as she gazed at the multiple male forms. A little more risque, this image showed several naked men in a moonlit street, some of them were dancing together, others were embracing each other, some kissing, some fondling. Looking closer, Alessandra could even make out a few erect penises. Urban Dances had certainly moved on since her day.

On to " Riflessioni Intime ", and Alessandra froze as she looked at it.
